THE APHRODITE COVER-UP: An Art Critic's trek Across Cyprus Topography of the Hie
THE APHRODITE COVER-UP penetrates the foam surrounding the birth of the Greek love Goddess to disclose the strategy behind the engineering of the “Male Gaze” on Aphrodite’s Island. L.P. Streitfeld, Huffington Post art critic and kulturindustrie theorist, embarked on a journey of “co-creation” with the synodic Venus cycle on her way to a doctoral program in Switzerland. Uncovering a secreted artifact unifying the conflicting sides of the Green Line, Dr. Streitfeld’s mythic experiment led to an explosive discovery regarding the authentic ontology of Cyprus: the topography of the Hieros Gamos at the world crossroads displays a (r)evolutionary Third theorem into an objective truth that the kulturindustrie continues to repress.
AQUARIUS RISING
The Aphrodite Cover-Up is the final volume of the AQUARIUS RISING Quantum Narrative Trilogy.
AQUARIUS RISING is the quantum non-ficition narrative foundation of Aquarian Gesamtkunstwerk personal quest for OMBODIMENT™️ of the universal icon of the Age of Aquarius.
An experiment in Self-reflecting quantum non-fiction narrative, the trilogy chronicles the mythic adventure of the feminine face of divinity. Reviving hermeneutics via an invented “co-creative” apparatus sourced in the twenty-first century icon of the hieros gamos oriented towards the quest for personal embodiment, the result is a boundary smashing yet highly structured Möbius strip of scholarship intertwined with a chronicle of personal spiritual evolution supporting two decades of arts journalism (1997-2017).
Dr. Streitfeld’s doctoral thesis, ÜBERMENSCH : Salomé, Nietzsche & the Ages of Aquarius, delivered astrology and numerology as apparatus of hermeneutics into continental philosophy. This study investigates the Nietzsche/Salome invention of the Ubermensch and Eternal Return as a science of the 1882 Venus Transit of the Sun guiding their courtship into the hieros gamos icon in their magical moment of historic bliss in the pilgrimage site of Sacro Monte in Italy.
The second volume, Missing James Franco, explodes all publishing genres to create a quantum narrative within the limited time frame of the 2017 Berlinale Film Festival in which kulturindustrie theorist Dr. Streitfeld chronicles the emergent icon of the hieros gamos entering the medium of international film. Tracking the ubiquitous presence of the film superstar eluding her personal gaze results in surprising discoveries regarding an Aquarian collaboration with the kultureindustrie co-creation of the ultimate meta personality of the post-postmodern era.
